The client wanted a box for their new soap bar, with cut-out detailing to show the bar inside. They were after a fairly quiet, minimalistic design that would attract their mainly female target market.
I created two variations of the design, showing different cut-out locations (alternative shown below). I kept the mountain shape very simple, and used a random dot pattern on the background mountains to echo the look of the scrub bar. I chose an elegant display font set at an angle to mirror the mountain edge. The design was created in Illustrator.
